Workshop Series: The Considered Running™ Reset
The Considered Running™ Reset series blends mobility, mindful running techniques, and mental training to help runners unlock their magic and tap into their best run yet. Each 45 minute session combines 30–35 minutes of guided yoga/mobility with 10–15 minutes of mindset practice, including Rapid Tapping® and visualisation exercises. Themes include:

Plan B Goals – embracing setbacks with self compassion and calm
