Using a mix of Rapid Tapping®, meditation, and visualisation, we’ll work together to calm race day nerves, build lasting confidence, and strengthen the belief that you can go further than you imagined
Mindset Reset
A single 1:1 session
Perfect if you want a one-off boost before a race, need help calming nerves, or want to try out the tools. In this focused session, we’ll reset your mindset, clear any doubts, and leave you feeling calm, confident, and ready to run
Mindset Journey
A 3 or 4 session pack
Ideal if you want to go deeper. Over a few sessions, we’ll explore your “why,” develop lasting tools like meditation and visualisation, and build self-belief step by step. This is about creating confidence that lasts beyond one run, helping you stay motivated and grounded in your running journey.

I like to keep things simple. You can choose a single session if you’d like a quick boost, or go deeper with a pack of sessions to really embed the tools into your running and your life and make a transformative change.
How booking works
Sessions are 1:1 online (so you can join from anywhere).
Each session lasts around 30-50 minutes, depending on your coaching needs, and are completely bespoke to you.
You’ll leave each one with simple, practical mindset tools you can use before training runs, on race day, and beyond.

Sometimes a pair of runners wish to work together with me, when they have similar goals, challenges and are going for the same race event. I charge a small surplus for this. Please reach out to me in the first instance.

1 to 1 sessions are a fantastic way to engage with mindset toolkits that are entirely tailored to you.
Typically, your first session will last up to 60 minutes. It will entail a thorough discussion about your current situation, your goals and aspirations. We’ll discuss what you want to gain from sessions, and then work together to create a tailored (but adaptable) plan.
Subsequent sessions will start with a check in, session goal setting, before application of tools, leaving space for feedback, discussion and action at the end. These tend to last between 30-45 minutes.
That might mean personalised Rapid Tapping®, visualisations, mindfulness meditation and self compassion guidance.

Rapid Tapping can help you step into your runner identity and help you feel more worthy of calling yourself a runner. Mindfulness Meditation and the energy psychology tool of tapping has been shown to lower cortisol, interrupt stress responses, and create new neural associations. Created as a method and UK built app by global EFT Tapping author and expert, Poppy Delbridge, this neuroscience-backed practice is used worldwide. It can quickly calm the nervous system, boost confidence, and help you break through mental blocks — perfect for race day nerves, runners imposter syndrome, or lack of motivation. And I am proud to have been trained directly by Poppy herself!

Meditation is the practice of bringing your attention to the present moment — often by focusing on your breath, body sensations, or surroundings. It’s a simple, powerful way to build awareness, calm your mind, and strengthen your connection to your body. As a qualified yoga and meditation teacher I teach a range of meditation techniques but I give particular focus on mindfulness meditation and incorporation of self compassion. You don’t have to sit still for hours or “empty your mind.” It's about noticing your thoughts, not judging them, and gently returning to the now.
Mental imagery is a popular cognitive simulation technique defined as “a symbolic sensory experience that may occur in any sensory mode” (Hardy et al., 1996, p.28). I guide you to create immersive mental imagery to rehearse skills or an outcome. It’s very popular in amongst professional and elite athletes and teams.

It’s a myth that you need to silence the mind and not think during meditation. We will start exactly where you are. I’ll guide you through everything step-by-step. Whether you’re brand new or have tried some of these tools before, we’ll tailor the sessions to your needs and experience. I have lots of tricks and techniques that will help. AND mediation and mental imagery involves lots of thinking, so your thinking monkey mind might be an advantage!
