Signature Workshop: Mind Over Miles

In this workshop, your audience will discover how to harness their mind to transform their running. We explore practical tools to calm nerves, reframe self talk, and build mental strength. Your audience will experience interactive exercises including goal visualisation and a Rapid Tapping® session to leave feeling energised, focused, and confident. Signature Workshop Series: The OTR Reset

The OTR Reset series blends mobility, mindful running techniques, and mental training to help runners unlock their magic and tap into their best run yet. Each 45 minute session combines 30–35 minutes of guided yoga/mobility with 10–15 minutes of mindset practice, including Rapid Tapping® and visualisation exercises. Themes include:

  • Calm the mind, steady the focus– managing race day nerves

  • Visualise the finish line – building self belief

  • Plan B Goals – embracing setbacks with self compassion and calm

  • Confidence in motion – sustaining motivation and joy
