1:1 coaching creates space to explore the mental and emotional side of your running, from confidence and motivation to self doubt, nerves and setbacks.
Our work together blends mindset coaching, mindfulness meditation, visualisation, self compassion and Rapid Tapping®, supporting both your goals and your nervous system. Sessions are practical, compassionate and grounded in real life. This is not about fixing you, but helping you work with yourself.
