My why
It started on a race day bus in Snowdonia.
The bus rumbled quietly through winding roads toward the race village. Early morning sunshine poured through the windows. Runners filled the seats, and the air grew thick with a familiar mix of pre-race nerves, tension, and self-doubt.
I wasn’t racing that day, I was there as support, but I could still feel it. That jittery energy. The quiet spiral of what-ifs. It was contagious.
And then it hit me. What if we could meet that emotion, that energy, those racing thoughts and anxiety and shift them in under 10 minutes? Right there. Before the start line. At the exact moment the wobble begins and your mind starts telling stories of doubt.
Sitting on that bus, I had my aha moment. Rapid Tapping®. Meditation. All the tools I already have under my belt, they could help my fellow runners.
Later that day, standing at the finish line and living my best life cheering people on, I felt it again: the magic of the running community. The emotion. The quiet victories. The fierce joy. That’s when I knew.
I love hyping runners up. I love helping people see what they’re capable of. Cheering them on with tools that help them believe in themselves. That’s what Om Tap Running is here for.
As a certified Rapid Tapping® Pro, yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher, and mindset coach (of the life, career, and confidence kind — not the run coaching kind!), I provide simple, accessible sessions to support your mind on your running journey.

Hi I’m Natalie. A proud mid-pack runner based in Woking, Surrey. I’ve run everything from 5Ks to 100km ultras, and I know what it’s like to feel fired up, flat, and everything in between.
Running gives me space to move, to think, to reset. It’s where I return to myself, shake off the daily grind, stretch my comfort zone, and learn more about who I am. I love the way it makes me feel, even on the days I hate it, and I love the running community even more.
I created Om Tap Running to help fellow runners master the mental side of the run. To help people like you swap self doubt for self belief, overwhelm for calm, and become your own biggest supporter on race day and every day.
My version of happiness is helping people move through life in a way that feels peaceful, grounded, and true to them. Part of that means helping runners find confidence, clarity, and enjoyment in their run whatever their pace or distance.
I’m endlessly curious about human behaviour and ancient wisdom, and I bring a mix of mindset coaching, yoga, meditation, and Rapid Tapping® to my work. My background includes years of experience in personal development and change management within the public sector, alongside teaching yoga and meditation in gyms across Surrey.
