Runner | Mindset Coach | Rapid Tapping® PRO | Yoga & Meditation Teacher | Your Ultimate Cheerleader

Hi I’m Natalie. A proud mid-pack runner based in Surrey. I’ve run everything from 5Ks to 100km ultras, and I know what it’s like to feel fired up, flat, and everything in between.

Running gives me space to move, to think, to reset. It’s where I return to myself, shake off the daily grind, stretch my comfort zone, and learn more about who I am. I love the way it makes me feel, even on the days I hate it, and I love the running community even more.

I created Om Tap Running to help fellow runners master the mental side of the run. To help people like you swap self doubt for self belief, overwhelm for calm, and become your own biggest supporter on race day and every day.

I’m endlessly curious about human behaviour and ancient wisdom, and I bring a mix of mindset coaching, yoga, meditation, visualisation and Rapid Tapping® to my work. My background includes years of experience in personal development and change management within the public sector, alongside teaching yoga and meditation in gyms across Surrey.

Work With Me

My Considered Runningethos:

Considered Running™ is my mindful approach to running and an ethos that reframes running as a practice for self awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

It’s not about pace, performance, or perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about listening inwardly as you move forward. It’s about recognising the resilience to stay the course.

I created Considered Running™ after realising how easily running can become tangled up with pressure, comparison, and optimisation. The algorithm kept pulling me into a world of runfluencers chasing numbers, gear, and constant improvement that felt too ego driven. Or how great I should feel during and post each run. Leaving me full of negative comparison and feeling rubbish about myself. It no longer felt like the running I knew and loved.

So I came back to the heart of running, the bit that no watch can measure.

Running helps me understand myself, to grow. It helps me shift my emotional state, process feelings, and reconnect with who I really am beneath the noise. It helps me recognise that I’m capable of more than I’ve ever allowed myself to believe. Sometimes it feels good, more often or not it feel tough. It’s a conduit for self growth but only if you create the space to notice it and sometimes that growth can take a while to come.

And that mirrors life. For runners and non-runners alike. And I’m on a mission to reclaim the run and get back to a more considered way. Are you with me?
