Hi I’m Natalie, founder of Om Tap Running and creator of Considered Running™.
I’m a midpack runner who’s laced up for everything from parkruns to 100k ultras and I’ve felt it all: burnout post race, lost motivation, pressure to chase pace, fear of downhills, comparison, not feeling like a real runner, self doubt, and knowing I’m growing through running but struggled to set aside the time to reflect, review and benefit from that growth.
Through my personalised mindset coaching and toolkit, I’ll work alongside you to achieve your running goals, combining the practices of mindset coaching, visualisation, meditation, Rapid Tapping®, and steeped in the Considered Running™ ethos. Helping you find balance, self belief and a deeper sense of joy and personal growth in every mile.

It was born from a desire to reclaim running from the noise of comparison, pace obsession and optimisation culture and bring it back to what matters: the runner, the journey, and the inner work happening beneath the mileage.

It’s about meeting yourself on the road, strengthening resilience in the rain soaked long runs, building quiet confidence through consistency, and recognising that the most meaningful transformation is never just physical.
We still love the gear, the finish lines, the medals and the kudos, but we run for more than metrics.
