Hi I’m Natalie, founder of Om Tap Running and creator of Considered Running®.
Running isn’t just about pace or PBs. It’s about the inner miles. The unseen terrain of belief, nerves, motivation and meaning. Many runners know what it feels like to struggle: pressure to perform, self doubt, burnout, plateauing, or simply wanting to feel connected again to why they run.
I started Om Tap Running because I saw a different way. A way that gently meets the mental inside the physical. Over years of mindset coaching, mindfulness practice, yoga and Rapid Tapping®, I learned that performance improves not when we push harder, but when we understand ourselves better and develop a growth mindset.
