The Run Lab is a 1:1 mindset coaching space designed to support the inner miles, the thoughts, beliefs and emotions that shape how you show up to your runs, races and yourself.

This work blends mindset coaching, Rapid Tapping®, visualisation, mindfulness and self-compassion, all grounded in the Considered Running® ethos. Practical, compassionate and focused on helping you work with yourself, not fix yourself.

    The Sprint is a single, longer session designed as a mindset reset. It’s like a Spring clean or Autumn recalibration for your runner’s mind and nervous system.

    It’s practical, focused and goal-oriented, using the full depth of my toolkit to help you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface and identify one or two meaningful shifts you can make straight away.

    What we’ll work on

    We’ll focus on what feels most alive and relevant right now, which might include:

    • mental blocks or confidence wobbles

    • pre-race nerves or pressure

    • loss of motivation or joy

    • decision fatigue or uncertainty

    • emotional overwhelm during training

    The Long Run is a six-session 1:1 coaching journey designed to help you build calm confidence, emotional regulation and self-belief, so you can run with clarity, presence and joy across an entire season, not just one moment.

    Still practical. Still focused. But with the space to uncover deeper patterns, shift long-held beliefs and build a personalised mindset toolkit that supports you long-term.

    What we’ll work on

    Our work together isn’t formulaic, it’s shaped by your goals, needs and progress. That said, sessions typically build through six core elements:

    Awareness
    Noticing your inner dialogue, habits, mindset and emotional patterns.

    Regulation
    Using tools like Rapid Tapping® and grounding practices to create calm focus.

    Belief
    Identifying and rewiring limiting thoughts and self-doubt.

    Vision
    Using visualisation to connect with goals, flow state and intrinsic motivation.

    Resilience
    Building self-compassion and adaptability when things don’t go to plan.

    Integration
    Creating your personal pre-race and training mindset toolkit for lasting confidence.
